56 Muddy Paws….

…… A freezing cold field………..and a WHITE backdrop!!!!

Today I had the absolute pleasure of taking some promotional photos for The Dog and Handler Training Club.  14 dogs in total, every shape and sizes from old to young and I had a blast with them all.

What an amazing pack of dogs, owned by the trainers and helpers from the club, pretty much perfectly behaved with a few absolute posers thrown in for good measure.

Like this little stunner …Poser 1

There were tricks galore, jumps to be jumped and a couple of the cutest elderley pooches who just wanted to stay in the warm car. I was expecting absolute chaos but everyone waited their turn, no one bit me or even barked in my direction.  There were no ‘accidents’ on any of my kit, and most importantly I got loads of doggy cuddles.

As the day progressed the backdrop went from gleaming white to lets say slightly soiled (56 muddy paws remember!!) but thanks to a very heavy duty vinyl backdrop and a bucket of warm soapy water it’ll be back to pristine in no time, which is just as well because coming up on the 16th of December is The Dog and Handler Training Club‘s Christmas Charity Event.

The event runs from 10am – 12pm on the 16th December 2017 come rain, shine or whatever else the Great Brittish weather has to offer and is going to be awesome, there’ll be agility competitions, Doggy advice from the clubs trainers, a doggy market with stalls offering everything your pampered pooch could need, bacon sarnies, and me, I’ll be there with lights, camera, backdrop and treats, taking photos of the event in general and offering christmas pet portraits for a small donation to Give a Dog a Home and Love Underdogs

Heres a quick peek at yesterdays session before I start the huge selection and paw print removal process, see you at the show…

Massive thanks go to Pixapro who supplied me with the CiTi600 lights and heavy duty backdrop both of which were essential and survived the mud perfectly.
